A safe place to begin

What is GriefShare?

GriefShare is a 13-week support group for anyone grieving the death of a spouse, child, family member, or friend.

Each gathering brings together trusted video teaching, honest conversation, and a personal workbook. You will learn practical ways to navigate grief’s unpredictability while receiving encouragement from people who understand.

Whether your loss was recent or years ago, there is a place for you here.

Common questions

It’s okay to wonder what to expect.

If your question is not answered here, our church office will be glad to help.

Do I need to attend Centerpoint?

No. GriefShare is open to people throughout our community, regardless of church background.

Will I be expected to talk?

No. You are welcome to listen and participate at your own pace. You never have to share more than feels comfortable.

What if the group has already started?

Reach out to our office. Many GriefShare groups welcome new participants during the 13-week cycle, and we will help you find the best next step.

Is GriefShare professional counseling?

GriefShare is a Christ-centered support ministry, not clinical therapy. It can be used alongside professional counseling when additional care would be helpful.
